Key Personnel
Anthony Agar, Managing Director of SheltonAnthony's role is directly client focused. Previously he has been a director of several businesses in London, the most consistent theme being responsibility for developing their IT systems. He formed Shelton in 2002, with the clear goal of providing 'everything to do with the internet'.
Erika Clegg, Managing Director of SpringWinner of the Institute of Directors' East of England Businesswoman of the Year Enterprise award. Passionate about the creative process, Erika works directly with clients to help them define their business, their market and their goals, and puts this knowledge behind the studio's work to ensure it delivers quantifiable results.
Simon Hazelgrove, Operations DirectorAfter Sandhurst and then twenty years as one of London's foremost architectural photographers, Simon made the move to Operations for Spring in 2004, where he controls production and procurement, ensuring the smooth running of all projects and keeping a tight reign on the studios' project phases and deadlines.
Clare Bennett, Production Director Clare has been producing websites and web systems for eight years, following a previous career in the financial services sector doing projects management in Bermuda. Clare is responsible for a team of project leaders and the overall production of the Company across all technical studio locations. She works as a direct link between the client, the studio and technical team, ensuring that Internet projects run smoothly and are delivered effectively.
Angus Logansmith, Software Development DirectorAngus has more than twenty years experience developing IT systems, including working for a number of large software development companies as both a developer and a manager. Prior to joining Shelton, Angus had been running his own software company which successfully developed and sold a web-based payroll system.
